Postmortem studies in progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) and corticobasal degeneration (CBD) patients revealed that ROCK1, ROCK2, mTOR, and p70 S6 kinase (S6K) protein levels are increased significantly in dorsolateral prefrontal cortex tissue samples from PSP and CBD cases compared with controls. This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and red-green color blindness.
