This analysis revealed genes, such as BROX, GEM, and RNF114 that are positively correlated with the respective vRNA in all three viral infections, genes, such as CTSB and SPTLC1 that are positively correlated with 3’/5’ VEEV RNA and ZIKV but not DENV vRNA, and genes that are positively correlated with 3’/5’ VEEV RNA but negatively correlated with DENV and ZIKV vRNA, such as PFN2 and DPYSL2. This evidence concerns the gene GEM and viral infectious disease.
