In stratified analyses, however, AA men had greater disparity of NF‐κB expression associations with prostate cancer by disease aggressive status (NF‐κB decreased risk for nonaggressive disease but showed a suggestive positive association with aggressive disease) and age (NF‐κB decreased risk for older cases but showed a suggestive positive association with prostate cancer for younger cases). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and prostate cancer.
