The results showed that overexpression of ALKBH1 was negatively correlated with the overall survival of stomach adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, and liver hepatocellular carcinoma, while low expression of ALKBH3 in esophageal carcinoma and colon adenocarcinoma was related to poor overall survival [33]. This evidence concerns the gene ALKBH1 and gastric adenocarcinoma.
