Human C-type lectin-like molecule-1 (CLL-1; also known as CLEC12A, CD371, myeloid inhibitory C-type lectin-like receptor (MICL), dendritic cell-associated lectin 2 (DCAL2), or killer cell lectin like receptor-1 (KLRL1)) is emerging as a surface marker of blasts in AML these years. This evidence concerns the gene CLEC12A and acute myeloid leukemia.
