A phase 2 study evaluating the safety and efficiency of durvalumab as third-line treatment or later involved 111 of EGFR+/ALK+ NSCLC patients with PD-L1 expression layered at 25%, and it found that the clinical activity of durvalumab was encouraging in patients with ≥25% of tumor cells expressing PD-L1 (34).
