On the one hand, our data showed that E6/E7/LMP1 cooperation reduces the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in both breast cancer cell lines, MCF7 and MDA-MB-231, in comparison with E6/E7 and LMP1 alone and control cells; on the other hand, vimentin and fascin were significantly upregulated under the effect of E6/E7/LMP1 cooperation as shown in Figure 7. This evidence concerns the gene PDLIM7 and breast carcinoma.
