TNF and myasthenia gravis: Although, overall, MG and control blood contained similar frequencies of ThCD103 and TFH cells across all Th cell populations (Supplementary Fig. 3e), when we compared MG patients with low and high disease burden, we uncovered a significant inverse correlation between the frequencies of TNF-producing ThCD103 cells (but for none of the other 12 cytokines analyzed; Supplementary Fig. 4a) and clinical disease severity (Fig. 2g, Supplementary Fig. 4b).
