The most common viruses detected in each of the clinical diagnosis were: for croup, HRV/EV (25%), PIV1 (20%) and PIV3 (14%); for lower respiratory tract infection, HRV/EV (31%), RSVB (14%), RSVA (13%) and HMPV (12%); and for upper respiratory tract infection, ADV (30%), HRV/EV (29%) and Flu A (12%) (Fig. 5).
