Four genes were classified as cancer genes based on the Sanger Institute Cancer Gene Census (Sondka et al,2018): BLM, IDH2, NTRK2, and CRTC3. This rule was prioritized by CRSO as the second highest confidence rule (98%) despite ranking 32nd in coverage (6.6%) and 21st in SJ ranking, suggesting that this amplification may merit further investigation. Here, CRTC3 is linked to cancer.
