In our analysis, based on the expression of BCL3 and EGFR in response to L4.5 sub-lineage when compared to L3-CAS1 sub-lineage, we hypothesize that infection by the L4.5 sub-lineage strain may be potent to deteriorate lung carcinoma by promoting tumor growth and angiogenesis. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and lung carcinoma.
