The tumor infiltration with six types of immune cells was analyzed using TIMER and the results showed that the infiltrating immune cells, including B cell (p = 9.657e-06), CD4+ T cell (p = 9.881e-05), CD8+ T cell (p = 5.626e-05), dendritic cell (p = 4.139e-07), macrophage (p = 4.705e-11), and neutrophil (p = 0.041), conferred significantly lower infiltrating density in the high-risk group (Figures 6G–L).
