RhoA is a small guanosine-50-triphosphate binding protein with GDP/GTP binding activity [17], which directly interacts with ROCK and plays a vital role in the pathogenesis of various cardiovascular diseases such as arterial hypertension, atherosclerosis, heart attack, vascular remodeling, myocardial hypertrophy, and MIRI [18]. Here, RHOA is linked to myocardial infarction.
