The results showed that the expression levels of TSLP, IL-33, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 were higher in clusterB or gene clusterB than those in clusterA or gene clusterA, which suggested that clusterB or gene clusterB is highly linked to allergic asthma characterized by the Th2 immune response (Figures 8B,C). The gene discussed is IL4; the disease is allergic asthma.
