We established a gene model for predicting asthma susceptibility based on five candidate m6A regulators [fragile X mental retardation 1 (FMR1), KIAA1429, Wilm’s tumor 1-associated protein (WTAP), YTH domain-containing 2 (YTHDC2), and zinc finger CCCH domain-containing protein 13 (ZC3H13)] and found that patients could obtain a good clinical benefit based on the model. The gene discussed is YTHDC2; the disease is asthma.
