The intake of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE-I) and aspirin or clopidogrel in the patient group were 73.3% (n=11) and 66.7% (n=10), respectively. Coronary atherosclerosis at quantitative coronary angiography was detected in six patients - three patients had only irregularities, two patients presented with plaques causing 40% coronary narrowing and one with coronary stenosis of 50%. This evidence concerns the gene ACE and coronary stenosis.
