CD4 and osteosarcoma: Results of CIBERSORTx B-mode on gene expression profiles of 141 osteosarcoma patients (cohorts 1 and 2) demonstrates that M0 Macrophages is the most frequent immune cell in osteosarcoma tumors with an average of 40% of total immune cells, followed by M2 Macrophages and CD4 T cells (Figure 1B, C).
