In the PDTX model, administration of SR3029 obviously delayed tumor growth (Figure 9C-E), concomitant with an increased protein level of AES and a decreased expression of Wnt target genes (Axin2, Fibronectin and LEF1), stemness marker genes (CD44 and LGR5) and Notch target genes (HES1 and HES2) (Figure 9F-H).
