Data from Kaplan-Meier plotter analysis of the TCGA dataset for lung cancer with smoke history (n = 820) showed that the expression of MARCKS and NF-κB signaling gene signature, including TNFR, RELA, BCL2A1, CXCL1, CXCL3, LTA, RELB and TNF-alpha, was associated with poor survival of lung cancer patients (Figure S3A). The gene discussed is RELB; the disease is lung carcinoma.
