Zhong et al. showed that ZNF384 is important for acute leukemia (ALL) progression and it fused with the TET family genes including Ewing sarcoma breakpoint region 1 (EWSR1), TATA box binding protein-associated factor (TAF15), and transcription factor 3 (TCF3) 62. Here, TAF15 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
