Specifically, we found that genes involved in regulation of cell lineage transition and tumor progression including inhibitor of differentiation 1 (ID1), actin cytoskeletal regulator PFN2 and ID334–39 are among the top of the upregulated genes in ENZ-R cells compared to control cells (Fig. 3a, c; Supplementary Data 1). This evidence concerns the gene PFN2 and neoplasm.
