Although there is no clear evidence to elucidate the relationship between drebrin 1 (DBN1), KDEL (Lys-Asp-Glu-Leu) containing 2 (KDELC2) with M2 macrophages and melanoma, studies have shown that DBN1 and KDELC2 play essential roles in other cancers. This evidence concerns the gene DBN1 and melanoma.
