ATM serine/threonine kinase (ATM) (Li et al., 2016), stratifin (SFN) (Fomenkov et al., 2004), and growth arrest and DNA damage 45 alpha (GADD45A) (Wingert et al., 2016), which would be activated and arrest cell cycle in response to DNA damage, were up-regulated in pancreatic cancer cells after anlotinib treatment (Figure 2C and Supplementary Figure 1H).
