Anlotinib can inhibit the phosphorylation of Akt and mTOR in several types of cancer like hepatocellular carcinoma, colon cancer and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (He et al., 2018; Song et al., 2020; Sun et al., 2020; Yang Q. et al., 2020), supporting the phosphoproteomics analysis in this work (Figure 4F). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
