Various immune-related gene signatures were enriched in LUAD samples with high COL6A6 expression, such as B cell differentiation, B cell receptor signaling pathway, T cell receptor signaling pathway, lymphocyte differentiation, regulation of T cell activation, and chemokine signaling pathway (Figure 5). These results indicate that COL6A6 might play important roles in the tumor immune microenvironment. This evidence concerns the gene COL6A6 and neoplasm.
