Following pretreatments of inhibitors for cellular reactive species, mitochondrial reactive species, and apoptosis, i.e., N-acetylcysteine (NAC), MitoTEMPO (MT), and apoptosis (ZVAD), the flow cytometry patterns of annexin V/7AAD and pancaspase activity-detected apoptosis in manoalide (10 μM, 6 h) posttreated oral cancer Ca9-22 and CAL 27 cells were provided (Figures 3(a) and 3(c)). This evidence concerns the gene ANXA5 and lip and oral cavity carcinoma.
