By assessing the correlation between FAM83H expression with tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and immunomodulators, we found a broad correlation between FAM83H with immune cell infiltration (such as effector memory CD4+ T cell, eosinophil, mast cell, follicular helper T cell), immunoinhibitors (such as PVRL2, LGALS9, IL10RB), immunostimulators (such as CXCL12, ENTPD1, CD28, KLRK1), and MHC molecules (such as HLA-DPA1, HLA-DPB1, HLA-DOA, HLA-DRA). Here, CD28 is linked to neoplasm.
