Using different EGCG concentrations, we found a decrease in mTOR phosphorylation at Ser2448 (Supplementary Fig. 7A), an increase of TFEB translocation to the nucleus (Supplementary Fig. 7B), an increase of LAMP1+ vesicles (Supplementary Fig. 8A-B) and an increase of the RED/GREEN ratio in Acridine Orange stained cells similar to the results seen in FASN-depleted APL cells (Supplementary Fig. 8C-E). This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and acute promyelocytic leukemia.
