Among these subnetworks, ten mRNAs (CDH6, CHST4, CXCL1, DNER, IL20RB, PROK1, SBSN, SLC22A8, STC2, and TCN1) were significantly correlated with HCC patient survival, and their higher expression predicted worse prognosis (Figure 4A, Figure S1A).
