To demonstrate that HSDL2 promoted progression of cervical cancer through lipid metabolism, we knockdown the expression of SREBP1 in HSDL2‐overexpressed cells and found that SREBP1 siRNA eliminated the effects of HSDL2 in inducing cervical cancer cell lipid metabolism, proliferation and abolished HSDL2‐mediated cell migration (Figure 7). Here, HSDL2 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
