We observed that there are less samples with genetic deletion and more samples with copy number gain of TRAILRs in HPV(+) HNSCC tissues (Figs. 1, 2), and cell lines expressed a detectable amount of TRAILR2/DR5 surface protein (Fig. 3B,D). The gene discussed is TNFRSF10B; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
