IGF1 and hydrops fetalis: There was a significant increase in IGF-1 in fish and chia oil supplementation, HF + FO (95% CI − 3.43 to − 0.14; p = 0.01) and HF + CO (95% CI − 4.47 to − 0.55; p = 0.01) respectively, compared to the HF group (Fig. 5).
