The results suggested that the differences between Brachyury protein expression and different ages, histological grade, tumor size, presence or absence of lymph node metastasis, AJCC stage, pathological diagnosis, and PR expression status could not be considered statistically significant, and the differences between Brachyury protein expression and ER (P=0.0392) and HER2 (P=0.0572) expressions could be considered statistically significant (Table 3).
