However, we did not detect changes of known EZH2 phosphorylation at T345 and T487 at the early phase of cardiac hypertrophy, though they were indeed sensitive to mTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin) inhibition (Data not shown), implicating that other modifications or intrinsic EZH2 gene heterogeneity might underlie its dynamic interaction with ncRNAs. Here, MTOR is linked to cardiac hypertrophy.
