GYPA and infection: Except for CD45+CD14-CD11c+ (Supplementary Data Sheet 5B) and CD45-CD235a+CD71- cells (Supplementary Data Sheet 5C) which showed a slightly significant higher proportion of PKH+ cells interacting with PvEVs, neither T lymphocytes, NK/NKT cells (Supplementary Data Sheet 5A), myeloid cells, nor immature RBCs showed statistically significant difference with EVs from infection compared to control EVs.
