Xue et al. [59] revealed that the expression of CDK-1 was exceptionally high in CRC in contrast with normal tissues, and it predicts distance metastasis risk in CRC; CDK-1 can also alter the progression of CRC through phosphorylation of JAK1 to initiate the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway.
