When the patients with EPTB were excluded prior to analysis of the merged data (Norway and South-Africa), the most optimal TB diagnostic biosignature was comprised of six markers (RANTES, G-CSF, C1q, CC3, CFH, IP-10), and ascertained TB with an AUC of 0.93 (Table 3 and Figures 3G,H).
