There were significantly higher levels of I-309, MDC, VEGFR3, MMP-1, PDGF-BB, and RANTES in the TB patients compared to ORD, whereas the levels of CCL18, VCAM-1, GDF-15, MPO, pentraxin3, ferritin, myoglobin, CRP, and procalcitonin were significantly lower. Here, CCL5 is linked to tuberculosis.
