SOD1 and hydrops fetalis: As shown in Figure 5, the activities of ROS and MDA levels of the HF zebrafish in the model control group were significantly increased compared with those of the HF zebrafish in the normal control group (3033 ± 493.90 μmol/gprot versus 1,358 ± 225.60 μmol/gprot, p < 0.01; 0.66 ± 0.05 μmol/gprot versus 0.4 ± 0.02 μmol/gprot, p < 0.05), while the SOD levels of the HF zebrafish in the model control group were significantly decreased compared with those of the HF zebrafish in the normal control group (0.78 ± 0.16 U/mgprot versus 3.59 ± 0.38 U/mgprot).
