Two articles (Ohman et al., 2017; Connolly et al., 2018) representing 19,548 patients reported benefits of rivaroxaban over aspirin with or without P2Y12 inhibitors, with no significant reduction in risks of MACE, MI, stroke and CV death in CAD patients receiving rivaroxaban versus those receiving aspirin (Supplementary Table S4). This evidence concerns the gene P2RY12 and coronary artery disorder.
