RAB26 and breast cancer: To further clarify the expression of Rab26 in breast cancer cells, we performed western-blot assay to examine the protein levels in different cell lines, and found that the protein levels of Rab26 are much higher in low invasive breast cancer cells MCF7, SK-Br-3, and BT474 than those in highly invasive cell lines MDA-MB-231, BT549, Hs578T, and HCC-1806 (Fig. 1A, B).
