We found CHAC1 is up‐regulated in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangio carcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), thyroid carcinoma (THCA) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) and down‐regulated in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), KIRC, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP) and brain lower grade glioma (LGG) when compared with their corresponding normal samples (Figure 1A,B). The gene discussed is CHAC1; the disease is bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
