In addition, immunofluorescence staining showed that YTHDF2 expression was significantly upregulated in ocular melanoma tissues compared to normal melanocyte tissues (p < 0.05) (Fig. 4e, f, Additional file 2: Table S1) and that higher expression of YTHDF2 was positively correlated with a poor prognosis (log-rank test, p < 0.05) (Fig. 4g, h, Additional file 2: Table S1).
