MKI67 and cerebral cavernous malformation: After reviewing 13 patients with CCM, Zorludemir et al[5] found that the mean Ki-67 index of recurrent patients (13.3%; range, 3.3%–25.7%) was appreciably higher than that of non-recurrent patients (7.4%; range, 2.9%–17.2%), leading the authors to conclude that the Ki-67 index significantly differs between recurrent and non-recurrent CCM.
