The mutational profile of the CTNNA1 germline mutated tumour [67] encompassed somatic mutations in RHOA, a specific DGC and PCC‐NOS gene (Fig. 7), and in ARID1A and PIK3CA, genes transversally mutated in both DGC and IGC (Fig. 7). The gene discussed is CTNNA1; the disease is neoplasm.
