By evaluating the number of neoantigen-specific CD8+ T cells elicited by each individual neoantigen and tumor burden measured 70 days post-tumor implantation (3 weeks post-last treatment) in the animals, we demonstrated a positive correlation between an increasing number of IFN-γ-secreting CD8+ T cells recognizing LNPEP, NDUFS6, MYO15, and CDK15 (individually and as a sum) and decreasing tumor burden. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
