To confirm that miR-105-3p could act as an oncogene to promote the proliferation and metastasis of breast cancer cells by silencing GOLIM4, we silenced the expression of GOLIM4 in the MCF-7 and ZR-75-30 cells transfected with the miR-105-3p inhibitor with sh-GOLIM4. This evidence concerns the gene GOLIM4 and breast carcinoma.
