Both studies found that fewer Black women (n = 190/313; n = 40/99) were diagnosed with ER+/PR+ tumours than White women (n = 1541/2012; n = 267/476) (67.0% vs 82.0%, p < 0.001; 56.3% vs 75.4%, p = 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene ESR1 and neoplasm.
