Intriguingly, we found TIGIT was significantly up-regulated in the majority of the tumors when compared with normal tissues, but not BLCA (urothelial bladder carcinoma), CHOL (cholangiocarcinoma), COAD (colon adenocarcinoma), KICH (kidney chromophobe), LIHC (liver hepatocellular carcinoma), READ (rectum adenocarcinoma), and THCA (thyroid carcinoma). The gene discussed is TIGIT; the disease is rectum adenocarcinoma.
