After establishing the enhanced immune-activating properties of virally encoded OX40L and CD40L, we moved on to test the effects of the PeptiCRAd VALO-mD901 platform on tumor growth and tumor-specific T cell induction in a syngeneic mouse model of B16.F10.9/K1 melanoma, using a more relevant tumor epitope from endogenous tumor-associated antigen Trp2(180–188). This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF4 and melanoma.
