We also detected the expressions of Rab12 in many other cancer cells and found that Rab12 was abnormally expressed in human osteosarcoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cells, which suggested that Rab12 may play different roles in specific cancers (Supplementary Figure 1). The gene discussed is RAB12; the disease is cancer.
