In univariate Cox regression model analysis, a couple of factors, such as tumor stage, KPS scores, ANC, SII, NLR, ΔNLR%, and ΔSII% were all significantly associated with PFS (details in Table 2); while in multivariate analysis, only elevated ANC (HR=3.07; 95% CI:1.69–5.60; P<0.001), ΔNLR% (HR=2.32; 95% CI: 1.24–4.32; P=0.008), and lowered HGB (HR=0.24; 95% CI:0.09–0.62; P=0.003) were significantly correlated with an increased risk of progression (Table 2).
