MIR22HG and hepatocellular carcinoma: The results of the wound healing assay showed that MIR22HG increased the inhibition of migration via miR-22-5p (Figure 3D). The results of the colony formation assay showed that MIR22HG increased the inhibition of proliferation of HCC cells via miR-22-5p (Figure 3E). The MTT assay showed that MIR22HG increased the lethality of radiation in HCC cells via miR-22-5p (Figure 3F).
